Made-to-Order Items

All items sold by The Midnight Library are made to order. Because each item is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Incorrect sizing

• Buyer’s remorse

• Change of mind

We strongly encourage customers to review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges for Defects or Errors

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if your item arrives with:

• A printing error, or

• A manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• You must contact us promptly after receiving your item

• You must provide a clear photo showing the printing error or defect

Once the issue is verified, we will provide instructions for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are made to order, the following are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

• Items with incorrect sizing selected by the customer

• Items without a verified printing error or defect

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Cancellations

Production begins one (1) hour after payment is completed. For this reason, order cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.
